A triangle has 3 sides and one of it's angles is 90 degrees.

Each side is unique:

1. One side is 1 centimeter smaller than the longest side
2. The size of the shortest side is the square root of the sum of the other two sides
3. The sum of all the sides is equal to the number of days in February this year (2025) + 2
4. The longest side is 3 times the size of smallest minus 2

What are the sizes of the three sides?
